Facility AuditMate gives asset managers a powerful tool to audit their physical plant, identify deferred building components, identify the current deferred maintenance backlog, and project future facilities reinvestment requirements.

Diversified Intelligence also provides auditing services. Their skilled auditing staff provides asset managers relief from staffing problems, a guarantee of a consistent set of data, and a quick and efficient turnaround time on needed reports.

What We Mean by Diversified

We call ourselves Diversified Intelligence because we have tapped the skills and talents of a unique group of experienced facility managers, architects, and engineers. With their leadership, we have created an innovative software package to automate the process of conducting a facility audit.

We also chose the term diversified because we do much more than produce Facility AuditMate. Diversified Intelligence conducts condition assessments and deficiency reports as well as facility audits. We can collect and enter Facility AuditMatedata for our customers, customize the program for their needs, and train their personnel to maintain it.

We take a flexible approach. In some case, institutions ask us to perform an audit on a subset of their facilities and use this as a demonstration project to train their staff. The rest of the audit is conducted in-house. The result: the physical plant department really takes ownership of the data and there are fewer upfront costs.

In other cases, departments choose to have Diversified Intelligence produce a turnkey audit. There are many advantages to this approach, especially for departments where staffing is an issue. The data is gathered and recorded efficiently and consistently, and the fact that the audit has been conducted by an outside group of experts enhances its credibility with administrators and policy makers.
